Please pray that world leaders put the good of creation and those who live in poverty at the heart of their decisions at this week’s summit in New York. Whilst we have not proposed a specific appeal for Burkina Faso this year, a number of people continue to make generous donations for this excellent evangelisation initiative by the Bernardine Community in Bafor. The 2014 fund remains open for private donation (please put any offerings in an envelope clearly marked Burkina Faso and place in the offertory collection). The fund closes at the end of Oct and a presentation to the Bernardines of the amount raised will be arranged for sometime in November.
